Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with collecting specimens and process samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new colleagues or students, and support the lab's quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working space, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
