Entry Level Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00am to 02:30pm)
• Read blueprints and drawings to complete welds to specification
• Set up materials, tools, and welding equipment for production
• Perform MIG/Flux Core welding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Use measuring tools, fixtures, and hand tools to fit and assemble components
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards while meeting daily goals

Entry Level Welder Qualifications:

• Production welding experience, welding school, or hobby welding experience required
• Production manufacturing and quality control experience preferred
• Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull 5075 lbs
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow work instructions and welding specifications
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
