Job Description:

The Customer Care Advisor at Starbucks is responsible for delivering outstanding service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. This role includes preparing beverages, assisting customers, and helping maintain an efficient workflow in a fast-paced café environment. The position emphasizes creating a friendly atmosphere, upholding product quality, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold drinks in accordance with company recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Take customer orders accurately and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
  • Provide courteous, timely, and personalized service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare food items while following all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Keep work areas, equipment, and customer spaces clean and organized.
  • Replenish inventory such as cups, ingredients, and supplies during shifts.
  • Support drive-thru service operations when required.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure fast and accurate order delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to perform well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic numerical skills for handling transactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
