Role Description The Office Admin Internal Farmland Manager Assistant is a part-time to potential full-time, on-site role based in Spokane, WA. This position supports internal farmland managers with day-to-day office administration, including organizing documents, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining digital and physical filing systems. The assistant responds to calls and emails, supports client communications, and ensures visitors and stakeholders receive professional and timely service. Daily responsibilities also include preparing reports and presentations, updating databases and spreadsheets related to farmland assets, and supporting special projects as needed. The role requires consistent in-office presence to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, document management, and organization.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Basic accounting and financial data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while supporting multiple team members.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
  • Experience in agriculture, farmland management, or real estate administration is beneficial but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or a degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
