Remote MSP Account Manager

CAI is seeking a dynamic and motivated MSP Account Manager. This role is focused on managing the delivery operations of our contingent workforce programs, ensuring quality fulfillment, and fostering strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5-8 years of experience in account management, specifically within staffing or recruiting.
• Experience in the public sector is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain client relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality service.

This is a fully remote position; however, local availability for client site meetings in Richmond, Virginia, is necessary.
