Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician (Bilingual Bengali) to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice located in Queens, New York. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, with a specific focus on serving the Bengali-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive family medicine services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, immunizations, and preventive care for patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, respiratory infections, and other common illnesses.
Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and treatment options—delivering all education in both English and Bengali as needed.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty practice.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
Provide culturally competent care that respects the language, beliefs, and practices of Bengali-speaking patients and their families.
Serve as a trusted medical resource for the Bengali community, helping to bridge language and cultural barriers to healthcare access.
