Vice President of Operational Finance and Business Performance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tools and strategies that create measurable, incremental value through sales and marketing operations
• Build and present senior management recommendations on proposed business opportunities, ensuring sound revenue and cost projections
• Establish talent infrastructure, hire top performers, and develop leaders across the organization
• Leverage reporting systems as a core analytical tool for strategy development and execution
• Build trust-based, collaborative relationships with peers, customers, and senior leadership

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of progressive operational, business, and financial leadership
• Proven track record managing large, multi-level teams
• Strong financial acumen — P&L, NOI, GAAP, financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results through sales and marketing operations
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/BI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
