Insurance Sales Producer - Internet Sales

The Arteaga Agency with Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Telemarketer / Sales Representative.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating interest, and helping them find the right insurance solutions. This position focuses on building relationships and educating customers on coverage, rather than simply competing on price.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls.
• Set appointments and/or quote and close policies
• Use value-based selling to educate clients on proper coverage
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers
• Maintain activity, pipeline, and notes in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection
• Sales experience is a plus (telemarketing, retail, call center, etc.)
• Coachable and motivated to improve
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain (We can help!)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
