Recruiting Account Manager – Skilled Trades & Industrial Staffing

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Recruiting Account Manager to help connect skilled trades professionals with top employers throughout the Spokane area. This role combines recruiting, account management, and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates in skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, and industrial roles
• Build relationships with local contractors, manufacturers, and industrial employers through client visits and account development
• Manage the full placement process, from job order intake and candidate sourcing to onboarding and follow-up
• Learn client operations and workforce needs to make strong, long-term matches
• Partner with the branch team to fill positions and achieve branch goals

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, construction, manufacturing, or a related field
• Knowledge of skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments strongly preferred
• Ability to build credibility with both trades professionals and business owners
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems, phone-based outreach, and managing multiple priorities

You don't need to have worked in the trades, but knowing the difference between a fitter and a fabricator definitely helps.

Compensation: Base salary plus exciting performance-based incentive pay.
