Landscaping Crew Member / Property Maintenance Worker

We are hiring dependable workers to maintain vacant and abandoned properties throughout the City of St. Louis.

Job duties include cutting overgrown grass and weeds around abandoned properties using a weed eater (weed wacker) and cleaning up clippings with a blower. No mowing is required.

Responsibilities:

• Cut grass and weeds on assigned properties.
• Use a weed eater and blower safely and efficiently.
• Complete assigned properties each week.
• Follow safety guidelines while working outdoors.
• Keep equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Must be dependable and able to work independently.
• Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule.
• Weekend work is only required if the weekly quota has not been completed.
• We do not work in the rain or during unsafe weather conditions.

Pay:

• Paid bi-weekly.
• Compensation based on experience and productivity.

Work Location:

Various abandoned and vacant properties throughout the City of St. Louis.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
