Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support payroll, benefits, domestic mobility, insider tracking, and share plan administration. This role is responsible for improving data accuracy across multiple systems, documenting and standardizing processes, supporting a vendor implementation, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day administration of key employee programs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across systems, identifying problems, cleaning up data, and building more consistent and reliable processes. The ideal candidate is strong in operations, enjoys solving problems, and can balance ongoing administration with project-based work.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Support payroll and benefits administration activities with a strong focus on process consistency and documentation
Partner with internal teams to identify and resolve issues that may impact payroll or benefit administration
Assist with employee data audits and validation across various systems such as the NQDC and share plan
Help reduce downstream errors by identifying the root cause of data issues and resolving inconsistencies
Data Cleanup and Validation
Perform significant data cleanup and validation across multiple systems
Review employee data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment between systems
Identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and coordinate corrections with the appropriate teams or vendors
Establish and maintain data validation practices to improve ongoing quality and reduce manual rework
Process Documentation and Standardization
Document current processes for payroll, benefits, domestic mobility, and related administration
Create standard operating procedures, job aids, and process maps
Recommend and implement more consistent, efficient, and scalable ways of working
Support efforts to standardize processes and improve internal controls
Domestic Mobility and Policy Benchmarking
Support domestic relocation and mobility administration
Benchmark domestic relocation policies and practices against the market
Review domestic mobility practices for alignment with global mobility policies and internal philosophy
Help identify opportunities to improve consistency, employee experience, and administrative efficiency
Vendor Implementation
Support the implementation of a new vendor for HSA, FSA, and LSA programs
Assist with planning, testing, data review, file validation, and transition activities
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support a smooth implementation
Help document new processes and support readiness for ongoing administration after go-live
Share Plan and Insider Administration Support
Assist with administration of the employee share plan and insider tracking
Support employee transactions, record accuracy, reporting, and coordination with internal and external partners
Help ensure timely and accurate processing and documentation related to share plan activity
Qualifications
Required
Experience supporting payroll, benefits, HR operations, or related employee administration
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Experience working with data across multiple systems and identifying inconsistencies
Ability to perform data audits, validation, cleanup, and issue resolution
Experience documenting processes and creating clear standard procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through operational issues with a practical approach
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reports, files, and reconciliations
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and benefit administration systems
Experience in process improvement, standardization, or operational project support
