Box Assembler

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support manufacturing supplies replenishment and assist with production-line tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers hands-on work with materials, tools, and assembly processes, along with the opportunity to expand into PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) training and additional responsibilities as you grow with the team.

• Location: Portland, OR
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM + Half-Day Fridays
• Starting Pay: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Supplies Replenishment — Restock manufacturing materials and deliver components to production areas
• Assembly Support — Assist with assembling and preparing products using hand tools and equipment
• Tool Use — Safely operate tools such as drills, sanders, glue guns, sprayers, cutters, and other warehouse/production tools
• Quality Scanning — Visually inspect materials or components for cosmetic or structural issues and route items for rework when needed
• Inventory & Material Handling — Track stock levels, identify shortages, and support inventory accuracy
• Process Improvement Support — Assist production support teams with identifying workflow improvements
• Preventive Maintenance — Perform basic upkeep on tools/equipment and report maintenance needs
• General Warehouse Duties — Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
• PIT Training Opportunity — Eligible for forklift/PIT certification based on performance.
