ABX FLT OPS ASST CVG (Night Shift)

The Flight Operations Assistant will assist the Flight Department with administrative duties related to the nightly DHL operations at CVG. These duties include communicating and clarifying company policies to crewmembers, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, identifying and resolving operational problems relating to flight crews, notifying crewmembers of random drug tests, administering system travel, update and distribute revisions to FAA, Jeppesen and ABX manuals, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues; transport flight bags from ILN to CVG bi-weekly and distribute flight bags to appropriate aircraft at CVG.
