The Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator is responsible for the advanced administration, optimization, governance support, and operational leadership of Rumpke’s Salesforce platform. This role serves as a senior-level technical administrator supporting a rapidly evolving enterprise Salesforce environment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Revenue functions.
The Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator will work closely with the Salesforce Architect, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Business Process Managers, Developers, integration teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to support scalable platform growth, improve operational maturity, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards.
