Production & Rebar Laborer | $18–$21/HR | Wilsonville, OR

A local manufacturing facility is hiring dependable Production Laborers to join their team! This is a hands-on role in an industrial environment supporting the production of precast concrete products. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical setting. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Clean and finish concrete products
• Install frames and doors using basic hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdriver)
• Cut, bend, place, tie, and weld steel rebar
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and basic instructions
• Prepare steel cages for concrete filling
• Operate basic tools including tape measure and hand tools
• Perform facility maintenance and general housekeeping
• Support production flow across different areas as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

SCHEDULE DETAILS:

• Day and night shifts available (schedule may vary based on production needs)
• Mandatory overtime may be required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills (adding, subtracting, measuring)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing and walking for 6+ hours per day
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude required
• Team-oriented and willing to learn
