Caregiver (In-Home) – Weekly Pay

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Flexible - 13 hours split into 4 days per week

About This Role

Lucky Dove Home Care is currently hiring dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to our clients. This role is best suited for individuals who take pride in showing up consistently, working independently, and delivering high-quality care.

Important Experience Requirement

All caregiving experience must be verifiable through previous employers, such as licensed home care agencies or healthcare facilities.

Please note:

Experience providing care for family members or private individuals (without agency/facility verification) will be acknowledged but it will not meet our hiring requirements.

Attendance & Reliability Standards

Providing care requires consistency. All team members are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
• Have dependable transportation
• Communicate promptly in urgent situations

Reliability is a core expectation of this position.

Primary Duties

Personal Care Support

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Safe transfers and mobility support
• Incontinence care

Household Assistance

• General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming)
• Laundry and linen changes
• Bathroom and kitchen upkeep
• Trash removal

Meals & Daily Living Support

• Meal setup and assistance with eating
• Encouraging proper hydration
• Cleaning up after meals

Medication Reminders

• Prompting clients to take medications as directed
• (No medication administration or pill setup permitted)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (agency or facility-based)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Strong track record of punctuality and dependability
• Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers
• Must meet all state training requirements
• Must be able to pass random drug screenings
