The project involves exterior commercial painting with steel/metal surface preparation, priming, coating, masking, cleanup, and working around lifts and scaffolds as required. Responsibilities

• Perform exterior commercial painting on steel and metal surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces, prime, coat, mask, and clean up after work.
• Operate or work around lifts and scaffolds safely.
• Follow prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.
• Work full days and meet project schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial painting required.
• Steel/metal painting experience preferred.
• Reliable, able to work full days.
• Must have transportation and personal protective equipment.
• Comfortable with ladders, lifts, and scaffolds.
• OSHA‑10 certification preferred.
• Legal status and Social Security number required.
• W‑2 payroll only; no cash or 1099.
• Paid trial day required before final hiring.
• Weekly payroll; temporary hire for this specific project with potential extension to future projects.
