Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - Operating Room/Endoscopy

Health unit coordinators help maintain Olmsted Medical Center’s service and performance. This will incorporate receptionist duties and clerical work. Health unit coordinators work under the supervision of the department manager. They must have excellent communication skills in order to serve as the vital link between the nursing homes, assisted living centers, clinicians, nursing staff, various departments, patients, and families. Health unit coordinators may serve as a receptionist. They must possess a pleasant and professional disposition in dealing with the public.
