Warehouse Associate-Order Puller- First and Second Shift

Spec's Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods is in search of dynamic, energetic; guest focused candidates to provide exceptional service to our on-premise customers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Picker to join our warehouse team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders. This is a vital role in our distribution center, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is willing to work with a great, positive attitude, excellent customer service, good people skills, that works well with others, follows direction and is reliable and responsible to show up to work on time and as scheduled.

This position requires you to have a flexible schedule with open availability.

Hiring Shifts Include:

Monday to Saturday - First Shift 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Second Shift 1 p.m. to 9 p.m

Rate of Pay: $17.50 p/h

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant movement and standing for long periods of time. Constant reaching, pulling, walking, standing, and lifting is required.

The duties would include but not be limited to picking, pulling, and packing orders as well as receiving and re-stocking merchandise.

All candidates must be able to lift, push, pull and dolly merchandise, must be 21 or older and have a TABC Certification upon start.

You must be responsible and work your shift as scheduled.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a warehouse management system to locate and pick items for customer orders
• Operate a standing pallet jack to transport items within the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:

• Previous experience in order picking preferred
• Familiarity with operating a standing pallet jack and standing fork lift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
