Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant will manage financial data, support daily business operations, and provide administrative assistance in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable, manage vendor invoices, and oversee customer invoicing and collections
Perform bank reconciliations, record daily transactions, and maintain an accurate general ledger
Handle office communications, schedule meetings, and assist senior leadership with various administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support
Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with EPICOR is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
