What You'll Do

As a Conveyor Belt Sorter, you'll play an important role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently through the recycling and processing system.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sort materials on a moving conveyor line
• Identify and remove non-conforming or unwanted items
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Move sorted materials into designated bins or collection areas
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Ability to lift materials as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Willingness to follow directions and safety procedures

Work Environment

This position is performed in an active industrial setting around conveyor systems. Employees should be comfortable working around noise, dust, and changing indoor temperatures.

The role may require:

• Standing for extended periods
• Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Wearing required PPE, including gloves, safety vest, boots, eye protection, and other equipment as needed
