To thrive in the role of Store Manager, the following qualifications are essential.

• Reliable and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Flexibility for morning or evening shifts, with availability for weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain daily store operations, including quality control, cash handling, and safety protocols
• At least six months’ experience in a customer service role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or similar environments
• Experience with food and beverage preparation following established recipes and procedures
• Previous responsibility for delegating duties or leading teams of two or more employees
