Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment near Denver, CO. Two highly motivated SLPs are needed for a full school year, with on-site assignments at Riverdale Elementary and Stem Launch K-8. The mission is to foster communication skills and help students progress toward their educational goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP-CCC or SLP-CF with active Colorado Department of Education certification and SLP licensure
  • Experience in school settings preferred; early childhood (pre-K) experience strongly valued
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and conducting assessments
  • Willingness to assist in supervision of SLPAs as needed
  • Preference for candidates with ELL training or an ESL/LDE endorsement

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in an intensive preschool classroom and K-8 environment
  • Complete assessments, update IEPs, and track student progress toward measurable objectives
  • Support English Language Learners with specialized intervention if credentialed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement effective communication strategies
  • Serve one school site per assignment for continuity of care and teamwork
  • Guide and support SLPAs within the scope of supervision

Assignment Details:

  • Year-long opportunity, running from 7/27/26 through 5/21/27
  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week), contract role
  • On-campus presence required for direct student engagement
