Salary + Commission + Bonus
Typical earning potential of $55k+, with top earners making $80k+

What you bring to the table:
Excellent verbal communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport
Ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold
Have a sense of pride, integrity, courage, self-motivation, attention-to-detail, perseverance, follow-up skills, and dependability
Must display positive demeanor, professionalism, and desire to please potential and existing customers
A knack for outside-the-box thinking and a love of problem solving & creativity
Job Responsibilities
Effectively present targeted number of Envirolawn, Enviropest and Termite Solution sales presentations and offer in accordance with most recent Pricing Matrix
Execute targeted number of pest prevention cross-sell initiatives targeting lawn and pest customers
Execute targeted number of outbound call campaigns based on season
Handle inbound phone calls to capitalize on sales opportunities
Follow-up on all pending leads and referral opportunities
Maintain monthly closing percentage targets
Meet pest, lawn and termite sales targets
Generate lead opportunities for the outside sales team
Complete all sales administrative duties and reports
Executes activities to reach productivity and quality objectives.
Job Requirements
Ability to perform business mathematics
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, agents, and customers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work well with other people, in both a one-on-one capacity and in a group setting

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / SCHEDULE
This position requires the ability to work full-time, five to six days per week and approximately 8 hours per day. This position reports to the Inside Sales Director.
REQUIRED PHYSICAL and MENTAL DEMANDS
Requires constant sitting and talking, mental alertness and hearing. Requires constant use of telephone and other technology associated with a customer service and Inside Sales. Must possess physical ability and stamina to work indoors. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment that will sometimes include increased levels of work-related stress. Must have ability to communicate clearly.
