Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safety, security, and well-being of residents, visitors, staff, and property within a senior living community. This position leads security operations, supervises security personnel, ensures compliance with community policies and Virginia regulations, responds to emergencies, and fosters a safe and welcoming environment for older adults. The Security Supervisor serves as a key point of contact for incident management, access control, safety inspections, and coordination with local law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services.
