Our client, a fast-growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join their on-site team in **Raleigh, North Carolina, US**. This role is vital for identifying and attracting top-tier technology talent for a diverse range of innovative companies. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding intricate technical requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offer negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, exceptional sourcing skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and client experiences. This position requires a strong ability to manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic, office-based environment.Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical roles, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using various tools and platforms to identify both active and passive candidates. Conduct in-depth technical screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and provide market insights. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified technology talent for current and future openings. Stay current with technology trends, industry best practices, and competitive market intelligence. Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or RPO. Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical roles (e.g., Backend Engineer, Frontend Developer, Data Scientist, DevOps Engineer, Security Analyst). Demonstrable knowledge of various technology stacks, programming languages, and software development methodologies. Expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an office-based setting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
