Role Overview:

As a Nurse RN at Homewatch CareGivers of Hilton Head Island, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home nursing care to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with caregivers to ensure that our clients receive compassionate and personalized support, contributing to their overall well-being and joy. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs that meet our high care standards
• Educate clients and their families on managing their health conditions, medications, and nutrition.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care, ensuring all health needs are addressed.
• Conduct quality assurance visits to maintain high care standards.
• Supervise and train caregivers, fostering adherence to regulations and quality care protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client care activities and progress.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Current RN license in South Carolina.

•

Experience in in-home care or a similar healthcare setting.

•

Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak English fluently.

•

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience with geriatric care or rehabilitation services.

•

Possess additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS.

•

Are bilingual or multilingual, enhancing communication with clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only at our location in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
