Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Current Ohio School SLP licensure
• Experience or enthusiasm for delivering speech therapy in school-based settings
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students’ speech, language, and social development

Primary Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40–50 students across two intermediate schools
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver effective speech therapy services
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s educational journey
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team planning, and school initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
