Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for continuous care per diem positions in Miami-Dade. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide vital nursing services in a dynamic home health environment, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of personalized care. A valid license is required, along with at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Administer medications.
• Monitor vital signs, perform physical examinations, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately , maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and safety measures.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Florida with at least one year .
• Experience working in diverse settings including home care, long-term care facilities, or assisted living communities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care procedures including airway management and infection control.
• Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize acute pain or emergent conditions requiring immediate intervention.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient-centered care.
