What you’ll do

• Work inbound and team‑generated leads quickly and consistently.
• Meet buyers and sellers, conduct consults, show homes, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of your clients.
• Use our CRM and follow‑up systems to nurture your pipeline daily.
• Attend weekly team trainings, role‑plays, and masterminds (virtual or in‑person).
• Deliver a five‑star client experience so you generate repeat and referral business.

What we’re looking for

• Active South Carolina real estate license (required).
• Full‑time or serious part‑time commitment to production.
• Willingness to follow a proven plan for prospecting, follow‑up, and client care.
• Good communication, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset.

Compensation

This is a 1099, independent contractor role. Income is based on your production and effort and is not guaranteed. Most agents on our team who follow the plan consistently are able to build into a six‑figure trajectory over time, but your results will vary based on your work ethic, skill, and market conditions.
