Nathaniel Reid Bakery is an award-winning bakery known for high-quality pastries, desserts, and sandwiches. We’re looking for a hard-working Barista/Cashier with a passion for providing excellent food and service.

Pay & Schedule

• $8.60/hr. base + tips, averaging $20/hr
• Shifts typically fall between 7:30am–5:30pm, Tues–Sat
• (Common shifts include 7:30–3:30, 7:55–4:00, or 9:30–5:30)
• We're closed Sundays, Mondays, and most major holidays

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, take orders, and create a warm, welcoming experience
• Prepare espresso drinks and serve bakery items
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the space clean, stocked, and organized
• Package and present retail items for sale
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with front and back-of-house team

What We’re Looking For

• Welcoming, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and works well in a team
• Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to cleanliness and presentation
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• 1+ year hospitality, food service, or cashier experience preferred
