Casino Host I

The Casino Host is responsible for ensuring our VIP guests and patrons enjoy a favorable gaming experience, take care of their needs and provide superior service to all guests and patrons. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. This position is eligible for an incentive program determined by management. The casino gaming sales force will be measured and evaluated on their contribution of the financial growth, specifically revenue gained through relationship marketing of their VIP players.
