Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota School Social Worker license
• Previous professional experience in a school setting
• Ability to support both general education and special education students, grades K-5
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services to students, offering counseling, crisis intervention, and support for academic and social concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized plans that promote student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams addressing behavioral, emotional, and environmental factors impacting student learning
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations
• Assist in developing preventative programs and classroom interventions focused on fostering a positive school climate
