Job Description

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Support a positive, professional environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), skilled
• Valid OTA‑NM certification and license
• BLS certification (copy required)
• SSN required
• Social Security and DOB documentation
• 90% productivity (or equivalent experience)
