Job Title: Call Center CSR – Luxury Brand Support
Location: Northside – Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour + Paid Training + Benefits + Bonus Opportunities
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (Variable Schedules)

Role Overview:
Join Partners Personnel and represent a globally recognized luxury brand in a call center setting. As a Call Center CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, provide product support, and recommend additional items to enhance the shopping experience.
Key Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
- Assist with orders, returns, shipping, and product questions.
- Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
- Deliver excellent service and resolve concerns quickly.
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Strong computer technical skills
- Comfortable with technology and multi-tasking.
- Sales-minded with a drive to meet performance goals.
Job Type: Full-time
