Position: Security Guard (PM)

Security Guard – Overnight Shift

Our resort is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard for the overnight shift. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff, monitoring the property, responding to incidents, and maintaining a calm presence during high‑stress situations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security/law enforcement experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and able to think quickly in high‑stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
