Earning Structure:
- Starting Mileage Rate: $0.56 CPM, increasing to $0.64 CPM with tenure
- Average Weekly Gross Income: $1,300 to $1,500 for drivers who maximize available hours
- Consistent Weekly Mileage: 2,000 to 2,400 miles on a dependable freight network
- Performance Bonuses available for drivers who prioritize safety and timeliness
- Weekly Direct Deposit ensures you're always paid on time
- Onboarding process fully compensated from the first hour
Equipment & Freight:
- Assigned Late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth units
- Focus on Dry Van Operations with no specialized freight required
- Primarily Drop & Hook Freight allowing for quick turnaround and minimal wait times
- Some runs include live stop appointments
- Strict no-touch policy eliminates cargo handling responsibilities
Route & Schedule:
- Fixed Regional Territory: know your routes before leaving the yard
- Consistent Weekly Mileage all year round, ensuring stability regardless of the season
- Weekly Home Time structured around your 34-hour federal restart
- Extended Road Time available for those aiming for higher earnings
- Dedicated Load Planner to optimize your schedule
Training for New Drivers:
- Open to all CDL-A holders, regardless of experience
- Paid Training Program lasting 4 to 5 weeks with a professional mentor
- Training covers federal compliance, trip planning, and defensive driving techniques
- Transition to solo operation upon approval from mentor
- No reduction in pay during the training period

Applicant Requirements:
- Current Class A Commercial Driver License
- Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer experience or recent CDL-A graduate

- Motor Vehicle Record with 2 or fewer violations in the past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug-related driving offenses within the last 36 months
- No felony convictions within the last 5 years
