What you’ll do

Source, recruit, and close talent in the Project/Program Management, Change Management, Business Analyst, Product Management/ownership, and quality assurance spaces.

Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate

Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle

Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships

Consistently attend industry networking events

Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree

Compensation & Upside

In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $45,000-$55,000/year depending upon experience, along with commission-based earnings. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this
