Job Overview:
Join our team as a Seasonal Senior Sales Representative, where your main goal will be to consistently exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the store's overall sales and profit objectives. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and taking on key senior-level responsibilities within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to surpass personal sales goals.
- Advocate for the Music & Arts lesson programs.
- Network with local teachers, schools, churches, and community groups to create business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
- Encourage customer loyalty.
- Assist with all aspects of store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
- Ensure store security, including managing keys and alarm codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
