- We are seeking recent graduate flatbed CDL-A drivers
- Drivers will operate on a regional route

Outstanding Pay Package
- Earn between $0.57 to $0.71 per mile based on your experience
- Your earnings will range from $1,095.18 to $1,980.65 weekly, influenced by experience, routes, attendance, and service length
- Additional compensation for tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional loads as applicable
Paid Orientation
- Attend our orientation in Spokane, Washington. We cover airfare, a single-occupancy room, breakfast, and lunch. You can explore Spokane during dinner!
- Arrive on Monday, receive your truck by Saturday – it’s that simple!

Policies Regarding Pets and Guests

If you're looking for an exciting driving opportunity across the western region of the U.S., System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional and OTR routes. You will be transporting vital goods and materials like glass, steel, aluminum, and more. We offer fantastic pay and unbeatable benefits.
No Experience? No Worries!
From now until May 31, 2026, we are open to applications from recent CDL-A graduates, and we will provide training! Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license and meet standard hiring requirements.
Qualifications To Join Our Team:
- REQUIRED: Must possess a valid Class A drivers license (CDL-A)
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 4+ months driving experience required; however, no experience is necessary for recent graduates
- REQUIRED: Must maintain a safe driving record
- REQUIRED: Candidates must be 21 years of age or older
- REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
- Prefer candidates with 1 year of truck driving experience, but it is not mandatory
- REQUIRED: Background check is a must
- REQUIRED: Clean drug test is mandatory
- REQUIRED: Must have clean clearinghouse results
- REQUIRED: For all flatbed positions, candidates must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, which will be tested during orientation; tarping is about 70% of our loads. (This is essential)
