Remote Recruitment is hiring a HR Administrator for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and HR databases
Support end-to-end recruitment administration including job postings and scheduling
Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers professionally
Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate data submission to the payroll team
Generate HR reports and assist with compliance, audits and policy updates
Requirements
2+ years of HR administration or people operations experience
Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or similar
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information
Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
