Responsibilities

Operate the loader in a plant setting to stockpile and load aggregates into the plant or trucks efficiently and safely

Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately

Assist with general plant maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Coordinate with plant personnel to maintain smooth workflow and timely production

Follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations

Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot operational challenges as they arise
