Pay: $35,000 – $100,000/year (Base + Commission + Bonuses + Incentive Trips)

What You’ll Do:

• Build your own book of business through lead generation, prospecting, and networking (mortgage professionals, realtors, etc.)
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through new business and cross-selling existing clients
• Deliver customized insurance solutions that protect families, property, and futures
• Educate clients on available insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
• Maintain strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Represent Allstate products and uphold our agency’s commitment to excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Sales experience preferred—but not required
• Holds a Property & Casualty license (P&C)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Confidence and motivation to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of insurance or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Basic computer skills and common sense (yes, really—we value practicality!)
• Must be able to work full-time in-office (Dallas, TX 75230)
