Office Support /Payroll for small San Jose office.

  • Bookkeeping - Record and maintain financial transactions including payroll, invoicing, and bank reconciliation utilizing QuickBooks, assist with tax forms
  • Executive support - calendaring, expense processing, travel arrangements, phones
  • Office Support - phone, ordering supplies, mail, event planning
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • At least three years of relevant bookkeeping/office support experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • QuickBooks proficiency

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
  • QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
  • Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • San Jose, CA 95125 (Required)

Work Location: In person
