Job Title: Experienced Painter - Crew Lead

Job Summary:

Join our fast-growing, family-owned local business as a Painter - Crew Lead! We primarily work with property management companies and local real estate agents to refresh and maintain vacant homes—and occasionally, occupied ones. What You'll Do:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming to ensure a smooth, professional finish.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless sprayers.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform light maintenance work, including fixture installation and minor carpentry, as needed.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools and materials after each job.

All materials and equipment are provided.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial painting.
• Strong knowledge of drywall repair and working with textured surfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skills in trim carpentry, basic masonry, or general maintenance.
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician or industrial painter is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
