Caregiver / In-Home Caregiver

United Home Care is a licensed, bonded, and insured home care agency providing personalized, non-medical in-home support for older adults. Our work is centered on helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while receiving compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. We support older adults with companionship, daily living assistance, and specialized care for conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s.

In this role, you will provide meaningful one-on-one support that helps clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. This is an opportunity for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to build trusted relationships with clients and families while delivering thoughtful, person-centered care in the home.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one, non-medical care to older adults in their homes.

Assist with daily activities and offer companionship.

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.

Prepare meals and give medication reminders.

Perform light housekeeping.

Provide transportation to appointments and errands.

Assist with mobility and transfers.

Support clients requiring specialized care, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, hospice support, and use of mobility equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
