Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Floor Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience by actively engaging customers, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining visual and operational standards. The Sales Floor Specialist combines sales expertise with specialized knowledge in print and technology services while serving as a positive example for team members.
- Engage customers proactively to deliver outstanding service and support sales success as a Sales Floor Specialist
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services using company selling strategies
- Maintain awareness of current promotions, loyalty programs, and product features
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and stocking standards across sales floor and print service areas
- Handle shipments, replenish inventory, and stage merchandise for effective presentation
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed, including signage and product displays
- Complete advanced training related to print and technology solutions
- Assist customers with print and technology inquiries by providing knowledgeable support
- Commit to continuous learning, including completing required certifications when applicable
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Support loss prevention efforts and collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive workplace culture
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred for the Sales Floor Specialist role
- Previous retail experience beneficial but not required
- Basic computer skills with the ability to adapt to point-of-sale and inventory systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfort standing, moving, and lifting items throughout the work shift
