Mobile Therapy Specialists, Inc. (MTS) is looking for a part time (or Per Diem) Occupational Therapist to cover the South Orange County region. This is a mobile 'outpatient' therapy position. This future hire will join our team of 25+ exceptional physical and occupational therapists.

Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapy License required
• Ideal MTS team member has 2+ years of experience
• Veteran OTs welcome to apply - physician contacts are a plus!
• Must find quality patient care and high caliber customer service rewarding

MTS is a well established physical and occupational therapy company. Our clinicians provide mobile outpatient therapy services to patients in their homes. We are NOT 'Medicare Part A Home Health' or the high-volume stressful outpatient clinic setting. Instead MTS blends the best of both worlds as a 'Medicare Part B Provider' that works 1:1 with NON-homebound patients in the comfort of their homes.

Although MTS therapists treat a diverse range of patients, our primary focus is on orthopedic patients aged 65 and older. While many of these patients could visit a local clinic, they prefer our high-quality, patient-centered mobile care model. Our paperwork is streamlined and less time consuming than home health, and this, along with a low-volume schedule, gives MTS therapists an excellent work-life balance. We employ therapists from a variety of backgrounds, including outpatient clinics, home health, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. Our staff receives comprehensive training from MTS leadership including a 'therapist kit' containing everything you need to have an impact and be successful in this new role.
