To support client members through the enrollment process and updates to their health care and pension plans, the remote Benefits Customer Service Representative will engage with customers via phone, webchat, and email, while being flexible to work 32 to 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, and must be local to the Pittsburgh area for equipment pickup and occasional onsite meetings. Key responsibilities Assist clients with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans through various communication channels Provide compassionate and professional customer service while handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations Translate complex plan information into clear instructions for customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred Fluency in English; bilingual candidates in Spanish or French are encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation
