Are you passionate about bartending and providing exceptional service? Join our team at Toca Chida Casa Sociale, where we’re seeking skilled and dynamic Bartenders to elevate our beverage program and enhance our guests’ experience.

Toca Chida is located in the bustling Assembly Row development. It is a world taqueria and restaurant focusing on Mexican and Latin American cuisines. The bar program has an extensive cocktail lineup influenced by Latin and South America, featuring fresh seasonal ingredients. The menu hosts several creative and classic cocktails riffs, imported and local beers, and a South American focused wine selection.

A major focus of the bar program will be to pay homage to the Latin and South American countries from which we draw inspiration.

Responsibilities Include:

A passion for hospitality and creating personalized relationships with guests

Prepare and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and guest requests.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their dining experience.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, including managing tabs and processing payments using Toast POS.

Monitor and manage daily inventory pars based on expected volume

Create and complete prep lists

Collaborate with other team members to uphold the restaurant’s standards of excellence in both service and product quality.

Requirements:

Weekend Availability Required.

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.

Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology. techniques, and beverage trends.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
